Cancellation Fees:  Deposit and Full payment is non refundable.

Weather Conditions: All Charters will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the Master on the day.  

Insurance: The Hirer will maintain at its own expense all appropriate policies of insurance for theft and damage to any equipment hired or damages to the vessel in an amount not less than the full replacement cost of the equipment or damages.
